"We recognise this has presented issues for the recycling industry as it scales up and adjusts to a role in product stewardship with its increased focus on transparency and accountability," he wrote in a report on the scheme's first six months of operation.

"I have no doubt making the BDR compulsory for licensees, giving police more agility and the courts more scope to place problem drinkers on the BDR will lead to a reduction in alcohol-related harm and crime."

"The European Commission's review of the deal is progressing in line with the expected regulatory schedule and process, and we remain confident that the acquisition will close in fiscal year 2023," a Microsoft spokesperson said.

That's what matters most, whether you're playing games or listening to music. Plus, it offers 18 hours of continuous play time when fully charged, so you never have to worry about it losing steam mid-activity. Avid gamers will no doubt appreciate this , but anyone hoping to snap up a quality product for less will definitely be pleased.

Looking for a TV with spectacular image quality, Hamradiopacket.Org but don't want an OLED? The Samsung QN90B is your best bet. This TV uses QLED TV tech augmented by mini-LED for a brighter image than any OLED TV. The spectacular contrast of OLED still won out in our side-by-side tests, but the QN90B QLED screen comes closer than ever.

Best budget 4K TV

for live TV streaming services like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video, and it's even better baked into the TV. This TCL 4-Series can't beat the models above on image quality -- its 4K resolution and HDR performance don't do much to help the picture -- but it's perfectly fine for most people, especially at this price.

Guardiola is also convinced that top scorer Erling Haaland will eventually suffer a dip in form. Haaland has 19 goals in 11 matches for City this season and has surpassed all expectations during his first two months at the club.

Samsung Q60B

Best design in a midprice 4K TV

Samsung is the brand that sells more TVs than anyone, and one of its most popular is the Q60 series. Its sleek QLED screen design stands out compared with the other TVs on this list -- even though the ultrathin OLED models are sleeker -- and it offers better features, image quality and more sizes than models like the TCL 4-Series and Sony X80K. The TVs listed in this article are all superior values, but if you want a Samsung TV and can't afford the QN90A, this is a great choice.

The scheme is focused on making it ultra-convenient for Australian consumers to recycle batteries and drastically reduce the estimated 90 per cent of batteries that wound up in landfill before the scheme began.

This TV first came out in 2020 but is still a current model and remains my top choice. TCL also sells an , but I don't think it's worth the extra money, as well as a  I have yet to review (although according to TCL its image quality is the same as this Roku version).

The list below represents the best 4K TVs (which are, let's face it, the best TVs, period) I've reviewed in CNET's test lab, where I compare them side by side to see which ones are most worth buying. Here are my latest recommendations, and for TVs from last year I've included an "Outlook" section with information on the new model.

Outlook: The replacement for this TV is the . We haven't reviewed it yet, but according to TCL it should be brighter than this model with more local dimming zones, as well as offering 144Hz input capability for gaming and an improved stand design. Pricing between the two series is similar, with the exception of the 75-inch size which is more expensive in the newer model.
